Slowly Braised Leg of Lamb, cooked in its own juices with Onions and Thyme. After hours of cooking, the tender meat just falls apart… 🤤 I then fry off the Lamb Chops until crispy and pull into small pieces. Throw it all together with some carrots and potatoes and a dash of Worcestershire sauce obviously, then thicken the beautifully rich lamb stock to create a hearty hotpot pie!
