With 15 years experience in the world of food, from quirky little bakeries, fine dining restaurants and cooking abroad, to running a restaurant and owning my own celebration cake and confectionary business, I have definitely met some interesting and incredibly talented chefs along the way, and stored a few tricks up my sleeve.

Whilst running a successful kitchen for the past 7 years, located within my parents music bar, it has given me the freedom to really dig deep into my creative and colourful mind and experiment with many different ideas.  From worldwide tapas dishes, to restaurant classics, a variety of desserts, and everything in between, I have always put my own passionate touch on each one.

With all that being said, I am a Lancashire girl through and through, and we all know us Northerners love a proper good pie and a decent slab of Brownie, so I'm pulling out my bag of tricks and experiments from over the years and mixing them with a bit of Lancashire, and a Barton touch, to create a taste like nothing before.
