With many years in the world of food, from quirky little bakeries, fine dining restaurants, cooking abroad and running a successful country kitchen, I have worked long, hard hours, experienced a whole rollercoaster of emotions and learned a huge variety of wonderful ways of working with food.

I am a Lancashire lass with a real passion for creating flavourful foods and wild concoctions, so I'm pulling out my bag of tricks and experiments from over the years and adding a Barton touch to create unique, mouthwatering bakes, like no other.
